Separation capacity is 25m3 per hour of work. Natural gravel (from Morava river) is used for sieving. and gravel separation is done in four fractions:
- Fraction of 0-4mm
- Fraction of 4-8mm
- Fraction of 8-16mm
- Fraction of 16-31.5mm

Their content in concrete depends on the type of required concrete. Manufactured concrete is daily controlled by Transkop laboratory which is under the supervision of the accredited Laboratory of the Institute for Highways, Belgrade, which certifies and provides reports and certificates.
